  i had a horrible experience with Ava in loft 4 i came in with super long and thick hair , i tried to give her a heads up that i had a lot of hair and messaged her the night before and got no response. the day of my appointment i was about 10ish minutes early i walked past her suite and no one was there so i went the the bathroom till it was time for my appointment when i came back to the suite it seemed as if she had just walked in and was cleaning up a mess of hair. she rushed the haircut in many ways , after she finished shampooing me she finally asked what i wanted to do with my haircut i explained i wanted to cut about two inches off of my hair and add some layers to give volume and freshen up my curtain bangs. she cut the two inches off and then dried my hair and then added layers and cut my bangs after she cut it she curled my hair so i couldn’t really see how the layers had come out till a day or so later when i washed my hair. when my hair was blow dried (straight) which is my natural texture you could see massive chunks of layers in my hair aswell as it not being even all the way around , i was also missing more than 3 or more inches of hair. i messaged her with my feelings since i had already lost more than i intended and now that it is very uneven i will have to cut even more off. she offered to have me come back but with the extreme lack of communication i would not feel comfortable having her cut my hair EVER AGAIN and i had also asked for a refund if it a full atleast a partial refund considering i will have to go pay even more to have my hair cut somewhere else to be fixed. which was followed with “i am very sorry that you did not like your hair and that i couldn't do it to your liking! i wish you all the best of luck!” As a fellow cosmetology professional i just felt this entire experience lacked professionalism and understanding on the stylists part. i have never been so unhappy with my hair in my life! I would never recommend someone to see Ava Glasser in suite 4 would leave a negative star if possible!

  Kenzie was absolutely amazing!! I have a HUGE fear of going to salons as I've had very horrible experiences in the past. But her energy and instant smile was perfect to walk into. She listened fully to what I was thinking and gave very knowledgeable advice and information on absolutely everything before during and after my haircut. Yes I know just a haircut but I have some overproccessed and sticky breaking that she has helped in just one visit, all because she took the time to tell me what I need to do. I am so excited to go back and show her how well my hair looks still all because of her. Thank you so much kenzie, and I will be happily bringing all my kids to you as well ❤

  Megan is great. Got in and out in less than 40 minutes for my haircut. She keeps me looking beautiful.
