  If I could this place 0 stars i would but since google doesn’t give me that option I’ve settle for one star, I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone and the manager Sharon had answered very rudely and abruptly and completely threw me off on wanting to continue scheduling my appointment at this establisment

  I was charged for a treatment that was not completed. The first section The girl didn't turn on the machine I only had 2 sections The last one I didn't have and .e. they charged 15 thousand dollars tremendous thieves

  I had been coming here for several years for laser hair removal on several different areas and had purchased the lifetime guarantee package as I was told I could get touch up treatments as needed at no additional cost which was my incentive in paying extra for the package in the first place. Well buyer beware as this company is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to conduct business properly. I noticed for a while that the staff had an extremely high turnover which was the initial red flag. Then shortly after Covid when they first reopened, I scheduled my follow up treatment to be left undressed in a room for almost an hour and told that I had reached my limit on my sessions and if I wanted my session performed that day I would have to pay extra money. I was extremely furious as no one mentioned this to me prior to my appointment and was left in a room for an hr undressed before I was finally told this news. I insisted on speaking to Sharon who was the owner and she refused to come into the room and instead she sent one of her sidekicks that worked there who was extremely rude and unprofessional insisting that wasn’t the way the package worked. I explained many times I had purchased a lifetime package and that I was told that would include any additional treatments I needed at no additional cost hence why I paid extra for it in the first place. She cut me off several times, and just told me that I had misunderstood. I requested to be given copies of all the paperwork I had signed and copies of my treatments and chart at this point and was further told they had to mail it to me and they couldn’t give it to me right then and there. ( Extremely fishy) I have never been so disgusted by a business who doesn’t stand behind what they sell and to be treated as poorly as I was that day and that the owner didn’t even have the dignity to come speak to me herself. When someone performs business honestly, they should have no problem coming to speak to an irate/ dissatisfied customer to rectify the problem. Needless to say I never came back here again. Don’t waste your money and make sure you have copies of everything you sign and have clearly in writing what you are entitled to with your package. She is not an honest person and will scam you out of your money.

  I came in for a Hydrafacial last week. The Aesthetician said she has been there for over 7 years !!!!!! The wealth of knowledge she had was so beneficial. Apparently I was over moisturizing at home which was causing me to break out because it was clogging my pours. I have had Hydrafacials before, but they usually only last 30 minutes and are way more expensive! This one lasted an hour and was cheaper then the other places I went to. The Staff was so friendly and the Atmosphere was clean and inviting!! I can't wait to go back for other services!
