  If I could this place 0 stars i would but since google doesn’t give me that option I’ve settle for one star, I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone and the manager Sharon had answered very rudely and abruptly and completely threw me off on wanting to continue scheduling my appointment at this establisment

  I was charged for a treatment that was not completed. The first section The girl didn't turn on the machine I only had 2 sections The last one I didn't have and .e. they charged 15 thousand dollars tremendous thieves

  I went to Elite Laser Center in January of this year. The "Nurse" offered me a Package at a "dicscounted price" if I bought it that day. She kept bragging that she was a nurse and that she does all the treatments. After I bought the package, they had someone else (NOT A NURSE) doing treatments. I also did some diging and found out that the "Nurse", Sharon McDonough has quite the colorful past. Her "professional career" was a disaster, but more recently, she changed her business names SEVERAL TIMES, starting when she used to operate in the smith haven mall kiosk. They had quite the colorful BBB complaints under her previous business names. And about a year ago their Bohemia location closed because they dont know what theyre doing. The best part, I began going elsewhere for treatments and found out that Sharon McDonough sent an employee (Megan Mattern) for a pre-arranged fake "consultation" into a copetitors office to STEAL their pricing and other trade secrets right out of the competitors office. The owners (and some of the young and impressionable employees with whom they pray on to do their dirty work) are untethical, incompetant, jealous and unsavory people. It just goes to show you why WINNERS focus on winning, while LOSERS focus on winners...
