I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one — mostly as a warning for anyone considering this place. On the surface, the shop looks spotless and well-run. The staff are all smiles, speaking in that overly friendly, “we care about your comfort” tone, and they walk you through every step like it’s the best service in town. At first, I was genuinely impressed. The energy felt welcoming, the atmosphere professional, and I left my first appointment thinking I had finally found a piercing studio that actually knew what they were doing.
Unfortunately, that good impression didn’t last long. Not long after my visit, one of my studs fell out and the piercing closed up. I’ll take responsibility for that — it happens. So, I went back, explained the situation, and asked for advice. The employee I spoke with was kind and reassuring. They told me that once the area healed a bit, I could come back in about two weeks and they’d re-pierce it for free. I appreciated that gesture and left feeling like they truly cared about keeping their customers happy.
Fast forward two weeks later, and the story completely changed. I returned like they’d instructed, only to find out that “free” didn’t mean what I thought it did. I was suddenly told that yes, the re-piercing itself was free — but I still had to pay $50 per stud. That little detail had never been mentioned before. I even reminded them what I’d been told, but all I got in response was a shrug and a dismissive, “You still have to pay for the jewelry.” Apparently, “free” comes with a price tag.
What made it worse was how quickly they shifted the blame onto me for following their own instructions. The same person who told me to wait two weeks now said I should’ve come back immediately after the stud fell out. When I asked if they could re-pierce it by hand using the stud I already had, they refused, saying all their jewelry was pre-sealed and attached to the piercing gun. So much for being a “professional” studio — apparently, they can’t handle a simple hand piercing or use a customer’s existing jewelry. It felt like a convenient excuse to push another sale.
I understand that businesses need to make money, but there’s a big difference between professionalism and greed. This place hides behind “sanitary standards” and “policy” whenever it’s convenient, yet they’re not upfront about what those policies actually mean. If they had told me from the start that I’d need to pay for new jewelry, fine — at least I would’ve known what to expect. Instead, they waited until I came back and hit me with a new version of the story and an extra charge.
It’s disappointing, because I really wanted to like this place. They seemed clean and organized, and my first piercing was well done. But when things went wrong, their true colors showed. Once I questioned the cost, the friendliness disappeared. The staff became defensive and robotic, repeating company lines instead of listening.
What should have been a simple fix turned into another sales pitch. Don’t be fooled by the smiles — once you’ve paid, you’re just another transaction. I’ll be taking my business somewhere that values honesty over profit.
At first, this place seems great, friendly staff, super professional, all smiles. But it’s all fake. When one of my studs fell out and the hole closed, they told me they’d re-pierce it “for free” after two weeks. Turns out “free” means paying $50 per stud.
When I came back, suddenly their story changed, now it was my fault for waiting, and they refused to help unless I bought another stud. Every excuse they gave sounded like a way to squeeze more money out of me.
Bottom line: they care more about sales than customers. Misleading, greedy, and completely unprofessional. Go anywhere else.
I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences here over the past month. I scheduled a piercing appointment multiple times, and every single time it was canceled last minute because the piercer supposedly “called out.” I even called ahead to make sure she’d be there, and still got canceled on again.
When I called after the most recent cancellation, the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful. She refused to offer any kind of solution or compensation and told me the only person who could help wouldn’t be available for several days.
This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. They clearly don’t respect their customers’ time. I’ll never be coming back.

This place is a total scam. They act all friendly and professional at first, but the second something goes wrong, they don’t care at all. One of my studs fell out and my hole closed, I went back and they said they’d re-pierce it for free after two weeks. What they didn’t say is that “free” means paying $100 for another stud.
I waited like they told me, came back, and suddenly they refused to help unless I bought another one. Then they tried to blame me for not coming in sooner. They just wanted more money, plain and simple.
Don’t be fooled by their fake kindness, they only care about selling overpriced jewelry. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually respects their customers.
At first, this place seems amazing. Everyone’s all smiles, super “professional,” walking you through every little step like they actually care. I left thinking, wow, finally a piercing shop that knows what they’re doing.
One of my studs accidentally fell out, and the hole closed. Totally my bad, I get it. I went back, explained what happened, and they told me, “No worries! We’ll re-pierce it for free after two weeks once it heals.” Great, right? Well, apparently “free” means “you still have to pay $50 per stud.” Funny how they forgot to mention that part.
So I wait the two weeks, come back like they told me, and suddenly it’s a whole new story. Now they’re saying I should’ve come right away and they can’t do anything unless I buy another stud. Their reasoning? “All our studs are pre-sealed and attached to the piercing gun.” Okay, but why can’t you just hand-pierce it and use my own stud? “That’s not how it works.” Sure.
It honestly felt like they cared more about selling me another overpriced earring than helping fix the situation they guided me into. I understand being sanitary and professional , but don’t pretend to offer help if there’s always a hidden catch.
So yeah, if you like confusion, mixed messages, and spending $50 on a “free” piercing, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else or even do it yourself would be better!
