I was given someone randomly and she gave me a cut that she wanted to give me and not one that I showed her that I wanted. She expressed why she didn’t give me said cut after all was done and sensing my annoyance. During the whole process I kept asking her why she wasn’t cutting my hair like I showed her. She kept telling me to wait. None of it made sense since it was a cut I had previously in the past. Communication was awful as she didn’t listen to me at all and I had pictures. I would have just gotten a trim instead if she told me she was unable to cut the style I asked for. Worst cut I ever received so I called and told them what happened. Second: The owner was nice enough to listen and try to fix my hair so I went in the following day. Carla was great and did the best she could with what was left over. I think she did a good job of it. May hair now looks even and more streamlined. You can tell she knew hair very well and her skills showed through. At this point I just need to grow it out and this time, I know who to ask for.
