You can call ahead and have an order ready for you to be picked up if you need to send somebody to pick it up for you because you are stuck at work you are allowed to do so. Anytime I've had to ask a question relating to a hair procedure the people that work there are very knowledgeable I believe all of them are pretty much hairdressers as well.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
