I decided to try their generic test, hoping it would provide some insight into my health issues, but I ended up losing $600. The test results were completely irrelevant to what I actually suffer from, and it felt like a scam targeting the American people. Customer service says it’s not refundable and showed little to no respect for their clients! I would strongly advise against purchasing their services. Save your money and look elsewhere! Be careful; they will call you before your first exam to sell you the blood exam, which costs another $600.00

I showed up 5min before my appointment, waited for 30 minutes, and no one came out to receive me. I left without receiving a service Little disappointed at the customer service at this location.
