The doctor is very thorough with his exam and the hygienist really gets in there and freshens you up! Every other corporate office I’ve been seen at doesn’t even take 10 mins to clean but not here, they care! I also got my teeth whitened here and my teeth look amazing I keep getting compliments! Everyone was extremely friendly; Dr. Santos was kind, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable during cavity fillings and Sandi was wonderful and did a great job cleaning. However, I just went back for another cleaning and was disappointed by the experience. This time around, the hygienist was not Sandi, didn't say a word to me the entire cleaning, and absolutely eviscerated my gums. They didn't even sit down, just did the cleaning as quickly as possible and cut my gums with the metal pick at least three different times - it was extremely painful and I've honestly never had as bad of an experience getting my teeth cleaned. The Dr. was also a different person who, while pleasant and friendly, looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and said I was good. Not sure I'm going back.

All others in the past have said it wasn't necessary!!! most likely because I have Medicare/Medicaid insurance. Thank you, Sandy!
