Our Chanel ambassador, Josephine Digrande was knowledgable and I greatly appreciate how Josephine shared with us about Chanel's history when she was introducing us the lip color collection. To truly understand and appreciate this brand, one must take the time to learn about its background, and customers will gain a wealth of knowledge as they shop which is priceless. She answered every question and carefully wrapped with all my presents. I’ve been to many different Chanel stores all over the country and although every store is welcoming in its own way, Josephine was by far the most kind and helpful sales ambassador I’ve come across! Josephine is exactly the type of person you want representing Chanel brand! She made our experience today so seamless. I am so happy with my gift purchases and can’t wait to shop with her for future gifts. Thank you!

I jokingly asked for champagne, and was brought a glass. After a tedious day of work, it was nice to unwind, and feel welcome within an establishment of this nature. Honestly, the whole mall makes me uncomfortable now with all the snooty people that work there, and all of the seasonal staff just there for a check. I found a truly unique experience within this CHANEL location that I haven’t had within another retail store in years. I felt welcome, and at ease.
