I love being able to sample the Les Exclusif line which is mostly only sold at Chanel Beauty Boutiques. This fragrance line is incredible! Lots of goodies not available in most department stores.

From the start, she had a bad attitude and made me feel like I should be grateful if she sold something to me. Her indifference and lack of customer service were shocking. Additionally, when I asked about samples, she flatly refused without any explanation. Overall, her behavior was unprofessional and made my shopping experience unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

I jokingly asked for champagne, and was brought a glass. After a tedious day of work, it was nice to unwind, and feel welcome within an establishment of this nature. Honestly, the whole mall makes me uncomfortable now with all the snooty people that work there, and all of the seasonal staff just there for a check. I found a truly unique experience within this CHANEL location that I haven’t had within another retail store in years. I felt welcome, and at ease. So, Thank you to Christina, Josephina, and the third lady who helped me with my cologne. I’m going to get your name, because I’ll be back soon. Thank you all!!!❤️❤️❤️
