  I started using these products over 25 years ago. The Surgical Facelift and daily serum products were the best thing I ever did for my skin! But sadly the products changed. They became heavily perfumed and I could not tolerate it. I miss the delightful scent of the serum and day cream from 25 years ago!

  i have been using Leigh's products for many years. The face lift kit really works and does make you look younger. Joan and the staff go out of their way to help you so that you are completely satisfied. Thank you so much for such amazing products!

  Valentine Beauty asked for my review per an email today. I will gladly do so. I purchased product in May 2024. I got a phone call few months later soliciting to sell me more product. This call is when I discovered that their product NEEDED to be refrigerated for it to be effective. I told them there was NO LABEL for refrigeration instruction and wanted a refund.(HAD NO RESULTS). On this call the rep asserted many times that she told me on her original sales call that it needed refrigeration. I told her several times that i do not rember her telling me that and even if she did, ALL instructions should be on the label. I buy alot of product and wont remember when products arrive the best way to use them. They may be very familiar on how to use their products, but not all customers are, therefore should have proper labeling. Moreover, I contend she did not mention it over the phone as it would have caught my attention as i prefer products that dont require refrigeration and may not have even purchased had i been told this. They gave me the run around for many months. Leigh Valentine (LV) owner, asked, (after months of dragging this out and refusing a refund) what i wanted and i told her i wanted a refund, not a replacement (products are grossly expensive). After further dragging it out, she sent out a replacement anyway instead of refunding (a lot cheaper for her). I sent the package back as i clearly stated i wanted a refund to both her and her rep (they both had asked what i was requesting). Later Leigh told me she had labels changed for proper refrigeration instruction. (SO anyone who purchased without the necessary refrigeration instruction lacked peak performance or efficacy, IF ANY AT ALL. How many bottles (hundreds/thousands) lacked these instructions?? On their website, Product Usage states to be sure to follow label instructions! Their guarantee proudly touts "100% money back guarantee return if the user is not completely satisfied, No Questions Asked". But the conditions of return is that items should be UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING to be eligible for a refund. How do you know if you're satisfied when returns need to be UNUSED and in original packaging. That means you can't return them if you try the product to see if you like it. How would you know if your satisfied? LV kept insisting i was out of the 30 day guarantee for a return request. I explained to her many times I never knew it needed refrigeration until relatively soon therafter when the Rep called me to sell me more product. On that call the rep asked about the product i had previously bought and i told her i was grabbing it out of the cabinet. Rep immediately replied, 'IT NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED!!" LV should have graciously refunded me but fought me on this for months. (but continued to blame me for the time lapse). The refrigeration label alone which was omitted is sufficient justification for an immediate refund from improper labeling. It is so crysal clear any good reputable company would have done the right thing. Instead she battled me on every fact and I found her excuses didn't add up. Its a terrible return policy and very expensive products. Im pretty certain LV will reply that i waited 10 months which is completely inaccurate and i explained the facts to her many times how that was not true. It was LV and her company that drug it out and wasted so much of my time. I still have texts and emails for documentation. I will respond in detail to every reply from this company as i have questioned the integrity from this very negative and unresolved issue. Now the company is back constantly emailing/texting me to sell me product. I did STOP it but apparently it did go thru but will do so again.
