- HWHolly WhittakerDec 19, 20241.0*1 star for the lofts, 5 for my stylist.* With the holidays coming up, I had booked my hair appointment months ago for Monday 12/16 with my amazing stylist, Victoria. Day of, she told me that I had to reschedule bc there was no hot water (which is obviously out of my hair stylist’s control.) We rescheduled for today, assuming the problem would be resolved by then, however it hasn’t been. I am going out of town tomorrow for the long break and had no option but to be rinsed under freezing cold water (or my stylist offered to rinse me with jugs of water from food lion.) Considering the lack of water pressure and awkwardness when using the heavy jugs, the only real option was to go under the UNBEARABLY FREEZING water in the sink. Her poor hands were so cold and my head felt like an ice cube. Luckily the blow dryer felt much nicer and warm after the ice bucket challenge that was my hair appointment. Whoever owns/manages the building needs to get their ducks in a row because I won’t go to anyone but my girl, Victoria. Get it together, Salon Lofts!

Jill Harrison is a very professional, super experienced, and really sweet person and stylist. She really listens and cares that you are happy with the services you desire. I have been getting my hair done by Jill for many years, and followed her from her previous salon. I am so happy for her that she now has her own loft and can work her magic and have her own business. I also have to note that I have very curly hair and she has been such a great source of styling, cuts, and even keratin treatments over the years. She will always put the integrity and health of your hair first and will not do anything that is impulsive or careless. I now bring my daughter to Jill for hair cuts and her curly/ wavy hair has never looked better!
