I wanted to try a few on and see how they wore throughout the day, which they obliged and did not try to push or sell me anything, which I appreciated. I returned a week or so later to make my purchase and the representative who helped me actually remembered me, which I found very professional. Today, I received a text from this representative (Dennis), letting me know that I could reach out to him if I needed any further assistance. Customer service 10/10, and as always, nothing beats Chanel for quality fragrance!
