- STSarah TraskOct 29, 20251.0I feel scammed. I did 6 treatments of laser hair removal for over 2,000.00 and haven’t noticed a difference. I waited a bit after stopping treatments to leave my review. They stated with 6 treatments I would have 80% less hair in my treatment areas. While having treatments, I noticed the hair growth slowing, but still active; I still had to shave once a week. Very disappointed. I could’ve spent that money elsewhere. They offer touch up treatments, but it feels like a scam at this point. I did include a star because the staff is stellar and the facility is very clean and nice. The price I paid included a promo deal, so it would’ve been even more expensive without that offer. UPDATE: Company advertises "permanent" results for laser hair removal. During consultation, staff members assured me I'd, "easily," achieve at least 85% permanent hair loss. After undergoing 6 painful treatments, my results were not what they sold me and all of the hair has grown back (I can compare it to an area in that location that they couldn't treat, because of a tattoo). After leaving a review about my experience, Alex reached out to me and explained that she undergoes treatments there, as well, and has to do maintenance laser treatments to continue to have results, which is why the company offers 50% off future treatments. She admitted the results were not permanent and that if I stop getting the treatments, hair is likely to grow back, because the body does what it can to regrow the follicles. They did NOT say that to me while I was there for any of my consults/appointments and assured me that after the 6 treatments, I wouldn't need to shave anymore. This is a blatant scam. Had the company told me during the consultation or treatments that I would have to go in for more painful treatments for the rest of my life, I never would have signed up for it. They say "permanent" on their website. They say that during treatments, also. Then, you stop treatments and the hair grows back, which they know will likely happen (according to Alex) and is why they discount future treatments. The company stated they would not refund any of my purchase, because services were rendered. Yes, they zapped me with a laser multiple times, but I did NOT get the results of permanence that they assured me, which is part of the service/sale. Now, they want me to go back for more painful treatments and I refuse to subject myself to that pain, again, especially since it has no long-term results. This shouldn't be sold as permanent if it isn't permanent WITHOUT continued "touch up" treatments.
