- GCGricelda De La CruzDec 24, 20231.0The customer experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s is not great. The staff regularly appear annoyed anytime I need assistance. I was told I couldn’t return something because it was used. Overall not the best experience.

I asked “ Do you have the provided Sephora birthday gifts?” Which I thought was straight forward as the standalone stores and app speak about them whenever you are inside the store or on the app. I was met with “what kind of gift we have a lot of gifts” and as I tried explaining one of the options and what the gifts were specifically (for Sephora members) I was met with “we never have carried Dior (I stated one of the gifts was a Dior package), we only carry mascara and hair care products” in a very rude tone. I ended the call politely and did not wish to ask my second question. As someone who has not been to a Sephora inside of another establishment, the annoyance in the tone regarding a harmless question was unacceptable.
