Manager Marta was super rude when I approached her, she barely greeted me but an another employee Aniya was such a huge help to me and my friend, super friendly and answered every question we asked. 10/10 service from Aniya.

- EEElizabethOct 19, 20251.0At 1103 the doors were unlocked and a bunch of people were in the store… for some sort of private event I assume now… I walk in and they shoo me out saying oh we’re not open yet…and proceed to lock the door behind me. Whatever private event they had going on with other customers should have been posted or finished by opening time. The customer service rep was so rude. Will not be going back here ever again… will be driving the extra 30 min to the Birkdale location. ✌️
