    Absolutely amazing experience. I came for my birthday and everything was excellent. The customer service from entry to exit was delightful. It is evident these individuals enjoy their job. I had Annakay.....EXCELLENT SERVICE and well versed in what she is doing. Hands down the best. I encourage you treat yourself to Woodhouse Spa and it will be your Spa for life!!!!

    I went for my first time here at WoodHouse Spa and had a very relaxing and pampering experience. They had some seasonal packages so I tried one of them. I did their shimmer & restore which was a 50 min Swedish massage and a 50 min soothe and hydrate facial. I loved my facial! My face was firm and tight and glowing once it was done. The massage was good but the lady who did it was a tad firmer than what I prefer for my massages. Overall, the place is beautiful clean, the staff was very nice and professional. They offer you Prosecco, mimosa, or water when you first walk in and then they also offer you more after each service if you want. Their waiting room or relaxation room is also super nice and comfortable. They have comfortable chairs to sit or nice lounge beds to lay on while waiting for your service to begin. I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

    My intention in providing feedback is not to argue with your records but to address the clear inconsistencies between what your team reports and what actually occurs during visits. These issues have been ongoing and are not isolated incidents. I’ve been a loyal client since this location opened, and I know exactly what a properly managed appointment should look like. Yet on multiple visits, my name has not been assigned to a locker upon arrival, and my appointments have repeatedly started late. Describing this as a “brief delay” is inaccurate. Consistently starting appointments late (more than 3 times) disregards clients’ time. Additionally, it is also a documented pattern of inconsistency in your operations. I’m sharing this because the frequency of these issues deserves more than what was offered from management. For reasons above referenced, this is a pattern and not isolated. I genuinely hope these issues, at your location, are addressed promptly- and addressed for your other clients experiences as well. This location is fully capable of operating at a much higher standard than what I experienced during my recent visit.

    ⸻ I’ve been a repeat client since this location opened, and while my service provider was wonderful as always, the front desk experience continues to fall short. From the moment I arrived, my name wasn’t assigned to a locker, my appointment started late, and I ended up receiving less than the full 50 minutes I booked. When I brought up my concerns, especially noting that other Woodhouse locations (including Savannah, GA) consistently exceed expectations, the only resolution offered was a $20 discount. For a spa that usually prides itself on professionalism and guest care, this was disappointing. When I expressed my concerns the front desk staff told me PRIOR to my appt the services today would be comped. However after my appointment, above referenced were only willing to provide a discount. Again, totally unprofessional. The team working at this location actually had the nerve to tell me they did not state that the service would be comped- completely lying!!! Unbelievable and is the quickest way to lose quality repeat customers. I have never seen this type of behavior at a professional establishment/ spa in over a decade of going to spas. Just awful the experience.

    Went here for my birthday and was scheduled a VIP experience… felt like the Very Incomplete Package Experience! Checked in, was walked to the dressing room and offered only two alcoholic beverage options after already specifying a non alcoholic choice in the questionnaire and then asked my name again as she searched my name on the lockers, and a left with no instructions except the quiet room is across the hall. So after waiting for a while in the quiet room watching others sipping their beverages and relaxing, we decided to question someone to find out we weren’t even shown the pre-arranged VIP Suite setup and waiting for us with a name plate (with His name misspelled lol and all reservations were in his name) that we could not even touch the mimosas and treats because they came to grab us for our massages … which were definitely a great part but felt short!! Because, which I appreciate they attempted to salvage the experience and added 20 minutes in the salt room after to enjoy our mimosas and treats. But by the same un informative staff was given a dimissal from the salt room that was hard to understand but we figured the time was over but we’re clueless how to get back to the dressing rooms! All this to say 30 seconds of clear instructions makes a huge difference and impact on your experience!! Twice she had the opportunity to try!

Spa Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
