- VGVandana GAug 10, 20193.0I went to #5 and clearly knew what I wanted. Showed a picture of subtle dark brown highlights and was given golden color instead. I asked for correction and was scared that it will not completely go away so showed picture again. She told me that picture resembles with little bit brown color but would let me choose so that it doesn't go wrong and I would have to pay $25 extra in any case. To be on safe side I chose darker brown because I am not a professional. Basically I came back with same hair, no highlights And yes, my shirt got a stain which didn't come off :/ Anyway good person but I didn't like the work except haircut Edit: Changing to 3 as I got some treatment for the color to show up and it showed up better than before.
