It was pretty easy to get to the location in Charlotte from my place in Waxhaw. The place is modern clean and welcoming-And the person who greeted me and signed me in, was very sweet and professional. I’ve never had the service done before, and it was explained to me in detail before we started and my Aesthetician kept in constant contact with me if I was feeling any pain how was it working and always getting continual feedback from me making sure everything was good on my end- she was as very kind and professional I enjoyed the music that was played during my visit-And I did use their restroom and it was clean and professional. I’m picky on that. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit And when I save my pennies again, I’m gonna go for another visit and we’ll see what I decide to do next time! I can recommend this business.
