- KBKimberley BirminghamAug 5, 20251.0Went to Jerra Collins for a full highlight as a blonde already, came out patchy and yellow (she didn’t tone it just bleached and washed) and overcharged me almost $100 on the service. I paid for a full highlight and style, she just blow dried my hair and never styled it. Very disappointed, wish I had spoken up but she only lets you see it at the end so I didn’t realize just how bad my hair looked. If you’re going to pay almost $300 for a service, please go elsewhere (advertised as $200 though).

I later learned that she holds some appointments outside of regular working hours so that people like me (busy all day with work) can get their haircut! She was so kind, fun, and (best of all) receptive to any suggestions I made. I will be going back to her for my next cut :-)
