    Took my 4yr old here for her ears to be pierced, Hannah was EXCEPTIONAL. She was very informative & included my daughter in the entire process and made her feel very comfortable, plus the certificate they get at the end is just precious. The atmosphere was great! I cannot recommend them enough!

    Jordan completely turned my tattoo around. The design just wasn’t quite right at first, and he took the time to understand what I wanted and make it perfect. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients — it means a lot when an artist puts that much pride into fixing something and making it beautiful. I’m so happy with how it turned out.

    Caroline did my Ashely piercing today and did absolutely amazing and took the time to explain how to clean it. 100% recommend inferno. The place was clean and the workers were so nice.

    Absolutely loved our experience today! I took my 2 year old daughter to get her ears pierced after asking me for a while and we had Hannah do her piercing. She was so calm and patient with my daughter, making sure she was ready before she did anything, took her time to explain everything to my daughter and spoke to her so kindly. Will be a returning guest for sure thanks to the incredible service we received today!
