Several weeks later, on the day of our scheduled massage, I called to reconfirm and was told by the owner that she had no record of the reservation and that no one would be available. She apologized, but offered nothing more. I called back and told her the exact date and time I'd called to make the reservation, and she told me that I must have spoken with her employee, it wasn't her. Again, a dismissive apology and no attempt to rectify the situation. This spa came recommended by a representative of the Grove Park spa when they were unable to accommodate our request. We will not try again with Illusions, after this mishandled reservation and no attempt at customer recovery.
