    10/10 experience everytime, I swear this is the best place to get sugared in STL. The method she uses provides the most comfortable brazilian I’ve experienced in my year or so of getting waxed. Highly recommend!!

    Loveeee Ruby. Very helpful with tips for better long term results. Got Brazilian sugaring done and eyebrow threading and it turned out great! Love the conversation, there was never an awkward moment considering the service. Definitely my go-to girl now!!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ruby at The Red Gem! She tinted both my mom’s and my eyebrows (and shaped my mom’s too), and we were absolutely blown away. Ruby is not only incredibly talented but also so personable and genuine—she creates such a safe, welcoming space. As someone currently going through chemo, I haven’t always felt like myself lately, but Ruby has this amazing gift of making the beauty I feel on the inside show on the outside. I’ve truly never had my eyebrows look this good. My mom and I both left feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. Seeing Ruby will now be a part of our monthly routine—not just for perfect brows, but because she’s such an amazing soul. Thank you, Ruby, for sharing your kindness and talent with us.     I travel to STL to visit family and ever since I found the Red Gem I always message Ruby for an appointment! I love that she offers sugar waxing because there are hardly any good ones near me not to mention she’s SO sweet and accommodating. Her space is adorable and welcoming too, I love the ambiance. I look forward to every session even though I’m getting my hair ripped out 😂 she’s as gentle as one can be in her field and very thorough! She’s a gem 😉
