Unfortunately, when we arrived on Thursday, the spa had no staff available and had not scheduled the appointment. This was highly disappointing and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. While the spa acknowledged the recorded call and confirmed that I had made the booking, they failed to honor the commitment. Providing sensitive information such as credit card details under the assumption of a confirmed appointment, only to have no service delivered, is unacceptable. Clear communication and follow-through are essential in the service industry, and this experience fell far short of expectations. I cannot recommend this spa based on this experience.
