My hair is long (down to my hips) and heavy so the majority of it is wavy but my face-framing bits tend to curl and when explaining this Zoey allowed me explain clearly and how I wanted it. Many other stylist (I've been to) kind of cut the framing bits how they want making it odd framing or uneven. However this was done great and I scheduled right before a ceremony (I had to attend) which they were able to get me out in time as well.
