My husband booked me the Swedish deep tissue massage and a pedicure. Both were absolutely amazing! The peaceful quiet room in between my appointments was so relaxing, the large and luxurious locker room was amazing, and both my massage therapist and pedicurist were so sweet. The staff is incredibly accommodating and really takes the time to make you feel welcomed and relaxed! I will definitely be coming back.

Went here with a gift certificate for a 50 min massage. Massage was OK. 2 stars because as I checked out they charged me $30 because I got deep tissue instead of Swedish. The gift card didnt specify which type of Massage it was for and the staff didnt say there would be an additional charge. A little more transparency would be nice. I wasn't planning on spending $50 for a gift somebody gave me.

I had my first experience at Woodhouse on New Year’s Day thanks to a gift card for a facial for Christmas! I was so excited to try somewhere new as I love getting facials. I loved the spa, it smelled amazing and was truly very welcoming and cozy! I was a little bummed because afterwards I realized my esthetician felt a little more sales pitchy than what I usually experience. Every concern I brought up about my skin she just said I needed a hydrafacial and that would help ($300+ service which I don’t doubt is incredible). I think she pitched it 3 times during my service. She asked what I was using in my skincare routine (which I tailor for my rosacea) and she just said “hm.. well you should really use the iS Clinical hyaluronic acid serum we have” and I asked what kinds of ingredients it had that were good for rosacea specifically and she just said “botanicals.” Which wasn’t super educational or informative but she pitched it 3-4 times. I also added the additional $25 gua sha service after seeing videos online and learning of the benefits. She was hardly using any pressure and was just kind of softly running it along the outer parts of my face, so I asked if the pressure mattered less than the movement of the tool and she said “oh it’s more about placement” and continued. I think she used the gua sha for just a couple minutes and it really didn’t feel like it was worth the upgrade, both in time spent and technique. The arm massage during my mask treatment was also very light and didn’t really do much for me. Maybe it was just my esthetician that I didn’t vibe with, but either way it was just kind of an odd experience that didn’t really live up to the Woodhouse hype.

I have to share how my parter was treated tonight (1/2/26) She paid $400 in spa services and then was looking at the items for sale in the lobby and the front desk lady (6pm) came up to her and rudely said “Can I help you?” And “look but don’t touch”. After she said she just got a massage the lady apologized but it wasn’t a great way to end the experience. She should be polite to all customers and if that’s how she treats people who are in fact just browsing, she is not helping sales or getting new clientele. We love coming here but might make the drive to the maple grove location instead next time.

Disappointing Experience I chose this spa because my mother is a loyal customer who comes here at least once a month, and my friend booked a massage for me. My first appointment had to be rebooked due to a last-minute, uncontrollable emergency, which I appreciated them accommodating. This time, I arrived earlier than expected and spent over 15 minutes trying to find parking, but couldn’t. With the spa located in a mall and it being days before Christmas, this should be anticipated or clearly communicated ahead of time. Or have designated spots for customers? Despite being willing to rebook and still receive the service, I was charged the full service fee as a “cancellation.” A reasonable cancellation fee is understandable, but charging the full amount feels excessive, lacks empathy, and takes away from the overall experience. It honestly seems like a money grab. I’ll be telling my mom to consider taking her monthly business elsewhere.
