I’ve been to the Roseville Woodhouse for a couple of services over the last several months and can confidently give five stars. I was recently able to get an appt with Gina for a massage after experiencing a couple days of neck/shoulder and back ache and stiffness. Let me tell you she was absolutely phenomenal! Truly!! I told her what I was experiencing and she quickly made a strategic plan for me to have an amazing treatment. I walked out feeling so much less tense and able to move more freely.

Disappointed in what I paid for what I got. The first 45min to an hour of my 2 hour appointment was being brushed with a brush which I know was part of my package but I think he spent way more time then was needed. I was maybe massaged for 15 min even after I was asked if I wanted to add the deep tissue to which I did, hoping that would mean I would get more of a massage...nope maybe 2 "stronger" rubs that was it. for $300 I am very disappointed.

Carrie did my deep tissue and it was amazing. She was very attentive and made me feel comfortable. As a hairstylist, my back neck, and shoulders are incredibly tight and I know she was putting in the work to get those knots out. Her pressure was incredible. Very relaxing ambiance overall. I’ll be telling my friends and family about Woodhouse!

Appointments can be conveniently booked online or by calling us directly at (651) 432-0047. If you’re visiting Rosedale Center, we invite you to stop by in person—we’re located on the lower plaza level on the north side, just down from Williams-Sonoma.
To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your spa experience as far in advance as possible, or at the conclusion of your current visit. Our dedicated team reserves time specifically for each guest; therefore, a credit card is required to secure all reservations.
If you are pregnant and booking a massage, please note that you must be a minimum of 13 weeks along to receive massage services.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following minimum age requirements apply:
Nail services: Ages 10 and up
Skincare services: Ages 16 and up
Massage services: Ages 18 and up
All spa experiences are subject to availability. Service offerings and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Your Arrival Spa Experience
Your Spa Arrival Experience
To begin your spa journey in a calm and relaxed state, we kindly ask that you arrive 15–30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For first-time guests, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time to complete your guest profile.
Please note that parking at Rosedale Center can be busy during peak times. We encourage you to allow extra time for parking, with the parking ramp attached to Von Maur often providing a convenient option close to the spa.
Upon arrival, you’ll be provided with a spa robe, slippers, private locker, and complimentary beverages to ensure your comfort before and between services.
A delayed arrival may shorten the time available for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your overall experience. Out of respect for all spa guests, services will end at the scheduled time, and the full price of the service will be charged.
If you have any special physical or medical needs—such as pregnancy, allergies, sensitivities, or specific medications—please notify our team prior to your visit so we may accommodate you appropriately.
For your convenience and peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuable items at home, as Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Reservation Confirmations & Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, if you have provided an email address or phone number, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your visit.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for individual services. For spa packages or multiple guests or multiple services lasting more than two hours, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with insufficient notice may be subject to charges up to the full value of the scheduled services.
All no-show reservations will be assessed the full service value.
Spa Parties are subject to the terms outlined in the group agreement regarding cancellations and changes.
Guest Age & Wellness Policy
We welcome guests aged 10 and older in our nail studio. Facial services are designed for guests 16 and older, and massage services are reserved for those 18 and older. All guests under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form on file before nail or facial services can be provided. Massage services will not be performed on anyone under 18.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, those who are pregnant must be a minimum of 13 weeks along to receive massage services.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you call us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a healthy environment for guests and staff.
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing spa experience, we also ask that only guests receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity & Gift Cards
We accept cash, most major credit cards, and Woodhouse Spa® gift cards as forms of payment. Woodhouse Spa gift cards hold value that may be used to purchase services and retail products at face value. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
To apply a gift card to your purchase, the physical or electronic gift card must be presented at the time of checkout. Prices may vary by spa location and are subject to change without notice. Gift card redemption is subject to location-specific policies and applicable state regulations. If redeemed at a different Woodhouse Spa location, the card will be honored at its face value.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card for future use. Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. No express or implied warranties apply.
Please note: Series of services are non-refundable, but may be converted to spa credit if needed.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are left to the discretion of the guest.
Product Return & Exchange Policy
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are at the heart of every skin and body care product we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with a skin or body care product, we are happy to offer an exchange or spa credit for the full value of the product when returned within 30 days of purchase.
For all other retail items, a refund or spa credit will be issued if the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment or as spa credit at your preference.

At Woodhouse Spa, we are dedicated to providing the most detailed, clean, and pampering nail experience for every guest in our luxe 2-person nail suite. Our nail services are available for both men and women, and for guests aged 10 and older. To help us create a seamless visit, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines when booking your nail service:
Know Before You Book:
Please let us know if you currently have gel, dip powder, or acrylic on your nails when scheduling your appointment. This ensures we book the correct service and allow the proper time for any necessary removal or application.
We offer 50-minute Gel Manicures and Gel Pedicures that include basic gel removal and reapplication. Please note: these services focus on gel care and are not considered full luxury treatments. For a more luxurious spa experience, we recommend booking one of our signature nail services featuring Dazzle Dry or selecting gel add-ons as needed.
We are unable to remove dip powder or acrylic nails. We kindly ask that any dip or acrylic be removed prior to your appointment, as we specialize in natural nail care.
Online Nail Appointments:
For guests booking nail services online, our team will follow up by phone or text to confirm whether you currently have gel, dip, or acrylic and to ensure the correct service and timing are reserved.
About Dazzle Dry:
We are proud to include Dazzle Dry, a long-lasting, healthy, and eco-friendly nail color, complimentary with all of our nail services. Unlike gel or dip, Dazzle Dry protects nail health, dries quickly, and offers up to two weeks of beautiful wear—all without extra charge. We also offer Gel polish as an add on to our nail services if preferred.
