- SJsarah jDec 8, 20221.0I do not like to post bad reviews, but after this experience, I feel like I need to warn people looking to book with Ashlee. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! To begin, I wanted a dark balayage and haircut. Ashlee’s rate for this are $175. I was charged $280. She put maybe 10 foils in my hair, gave me GRAY streaks, cut my hair straight across like my mom cut my hair back in elementary school, and charged me $100 extra for it. Her “policy” (found nowhere on her website) states she does not do refunds. So I scheduled an appointment to fix it. She cancels the appointment, falls off the face of the earth, and I have to threaten to show up to the salon to get her to respond to me. She says she got really sick. I say feel better and get back with me please. Three weeks later, I can’t get ahold of her, still no refund, I can’t wear my hair down. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional/unethical person, and I work in the financial industry!! DO NOT BOOK WITH ASHLEE!
