  I’m so disappointed in this boutique and the lady that I had put trust and loyalty in! This lady has been my go too for all my Chanel products for over 2 years. We even have had virtual sessions! The only time I get to see her is if I’m going to Rochester Mayo and she knows I live 9 hours away! I went in and seen her in September of 2024 and spent at least 5k from this boutique one of those items was a pair of sunglasses. When I bought the sunglasses I was told they had a 2 year warranty. However I was never told that you had to actually physically take them in and pick them up! So lo and behold the ear piece broke off. So I called and talked to this lady and she tells me to ship them to her boutique and she will get them where they need to go! So 2 weeks later I called to see where they were and what happens now? So long story short I get told by a manager that they don’t allow customers ship broken products they have to bring them in and pick them up! I said to this manager that her employe told me that is what I need to do! So I asked this manager if there was a telephone number I could have to call to get them and she tells me there is no phone number! I asked then how am I going to get them back? The manager says I will ship them back to you! So tell me why in the world would they push their customers to purchase something that they would have to drive 9 hours to have fixed. So you can buy this product online and it will be shipped but by God if it breaks we can’t let you ship it! So tell me why she sold me a pair of really flimsy sunglasses that are ungodly over priced with a 2 year warranty knowing me as she did! I am a very disappointed customer for the employee that I had developed a friendship in and the manager! Very poor customer service! Buyers beware

  A few weeks back I went to the Chanel boutique and had my makeup done by the most fantastic guy - Tieg. I ended up buying a water based foundation and lifting cream, as well as two eyeshadow pallets and eyeliner. He showed me how to use the spring eyeshadow that has purple and hot pink. Anyhow tonight I went to an event and I wore a purple dress and the eyeshadow and used the concealer and plum eyeliner and Chanel lipstick of course! I haven’t had so many compliments in years. Omg!!! He suggested this pallet and eyeliner to bring out the green in my eyes. He’s like an angel of beauty and I’m so lucky to have had this experience with him. This tip really boosted my look and confidence. Thank you! I highly recommend visiting this boutique! Thank you Tieg!

  I will have to find the name of the very attentive representative who assisted me (I believe it was Michelle). A pleasant surprise to find such a well stocked boutique with options just coming out for the holidays and even little gifts only available at Chanel boutiques. I hope to return or call her when I’m ready for Spring colors and future gifts.

  Fantastic experience at this boutique. I’m a regular Chanel fragrance customer and take my time sampling and considering a new purchase before committing to a bottle. The beauty advisors here are patient and conversational and willing to let you take your time. On my most recent Les Exclusifs purchase I went through two samples before making a final decision a couple months later. Highly appreciate the customer service!
