  Awful experience. I went in ready to purchase several new makeup products and asked about having my makeup done. I was told they “don’t do makeup there” and was directed across the hall to Nordstrom—despite there being three employees in the store standing idle in the middle of the day, all wearing makeup brushes on their belts. Extremely strange and disappointing. I was fully prepared and happy to spend around $2,000 on makeup for my birthday, but instead was turned away. I truly wonder if management is aware that customers are being dismissed like this. Would give zero stars if that were an option.

  Small makeup bags, sunglasses, perfume, skincare products, and makeup are available at this boutique! The other Chanel locations are in department stores so, they are more noisy and chaotic. This boutique has peaceful, and fun environment. However, all Chanel locations have friendly staff, but this boutique is so unique.

  The staff are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. I love how they wrap the items in little Chanel bags or boxes with bows. If I buy Chanel products from department stores they use their own bags, not chanel bag's and boxes. I recommend checking it out.

  Wonderful experience shopping here. I am a long time Chanel client and this is my favorite Chanel location to purchase makeup. I received great service from the entire team and in particular Sarah who is the best makeup specialist I have ever worked with. She took the time to help me find the perfect lip liner and fragrance free products for my ultra sensitive skin.
