  Dana gave me a wonderful, relaxing Swedish massage. I’m recovering from recent surgery, and she was so thoughtful, gentle, and attentive, checking in often to make sure the pressure was comfortable and the experience stayed relaxing. I felt very cared for and would highly recommend her.

  I have been going to WHS for several years and each year I'm more pleased than the last. This year is no different. Today I received the Renewal Bath and the Restorative Sleep Massage. Such a relaxing and restorative combination. The massage was performed by Dominique. It was so good she had to wake me up twice AFTER the service was complete. The best thing about WHS is not just the actual services received but their front desk is chef's kiss. Myah is such a light each and every time I come. She remembers the little things and is just the kind of sweet needed to work with the many people she interacts with throughout the day there. Thank you all for making this Birthday a very Happy one for me. Until next time.

  I love the calm atmosphere of the spa. Starting off your experience with a hot tea or mimosa is lovely. I have had a couple Hydro facials with Lauren and she does an amazing job. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing, and I felt so very pampered. Most importantly, my face was glowing afterwards.

  Not extremely happy with my experience - booked 25 minute massages for my mother and I because that’s all they had available. This was for my mother’s birthday. From the moment we walked in we felt very rushed. Our massages were booked at 5:30pm. Apparently they close at 6:00 but I never checked or was told. Two people were at the front desk, one of them was pleasant, greeted us and asked us what we would like to drink. The lady didn’t greet us at all and made us feel very rushed when she took us to the locker room to change. She wasn’t very clear on what we’re supposed to do and wasn’t pleasant at all - mind you this was our first time getting a massage. My mother’s massage went well with Kim, she was amazing. I had told my massage therapist that I was feeling a lot of tension in my neck and upper back. We didn’t choose a deep tissue massage, but when I let him know he advised me that he’ll use enough pressure to help relieve the pain. Since he has experience with this, I trusted that he knew that this was best - he did ask during the massage if the pressure was okay. It was painful, still thinking that this is what I’m supposed to feel in order to help the tension. However when we left the spa, I was unable to turn my head all the way to the right and stayed like that for three days. Until now I’m still feeling a strain in my neck, it’s been 5 days. Had to take muscle relaxers, pain meds, and apply heat to help. Not blaming the massage therapist for the muscle strain, however I wish there was better advice given regarding the amount of pressure that should be applied in this case. My mother and I ended up relaxing in the lounge room after the massage on the lounge chairs. The table still had used cups from the last people who were sitting there prior to us going into the massage. The lady that first took us to the locker rooms came to finally clean up after about 20 minutes and proceeded to tell us that they’re closed. Overall wasn’t happy - especially with the price I paid and the reviews I saw, my expectations were very high. I paid $80 for an 25 minute upper back and neck massage (not including tip). Wouldn’t go back.
