I love all they have to offer and the massages are very great. My biggest complaint is the cost. Other massage places I have been to are typically much cheaper. With the higher costs, I am only able to go once or twice a year. If you can afford the higher cost, this place is great in every other possible way.

If you are looking for a disappointment- well you have found it! I would rate it a zero if possible. Not worth your time or the outrageous prices. I did not feel welcomed or relaxed in the slightest!
I have been here a couple of times and did not have a great experience any time. I had a massage once and ended up having bruising on my back the next day. I told the person doing my massage that they were massaging with too much pressure. I was not able to relax because it hurt, and I could not breathe because I was wearing a mask. It was far from a pleasant experience.
I just got a pedicure (thinking it would be different), but it was not. I asked if I could get shellac which was the small bottle of nail polish. I was told to grab the bigger bottle of nail polish and to have a seat. I sat down, dipped my toes into the water and was asked to pull them out again so she could start working on my feet. The person was rough with my feet when cutting my nails, fixing the cuticles, and using a scrub on my legs. The person used a sugar scrub on my legs for maybe a minute a leg. However, it really hurt! After that my legs were wrapped in warm wet towels and my feet were in extremely hot wax. When these were taken off, lotion was rubbed on my legs but there was NO massage involved. My nails were painted, I paid, then left.
I will never be back nor recommend this place to anyone.
