Haircuts are usually a source of anxiety for him, but she took the time to make him feel safe, relaxed, and genuinely comfortable. She talked with him in a way that kept him smiling and even laughing, and she worked so carefully to fix the uneven spots from past haircuts. I can’t express how grateful I am for the patience and care she showed. And the haircut was amazing! My son’s hair is thick and a bit unruly. He came away looking fantastic and he was very happy. The best part? When it was time for his next appointment, he asked to go back to her! That speaks louder than any review I could write!
