  I left this location because they could not simply fix a door. My door would not lock or open for over a month or about a month. When their tech guy saw my phone, he just looked at it and said there’s nothing he can do. I left today was my second week of paying rent And still not work. I set up a meeting during the day with the fix-it person down the street to be able to get my door solution fixed because prior to the meeting. I checked my door and it was not instead of fixing my door, this individual wants to be in my house, which I told him repeatedly that I am not a person like that then I’ve been having issues where the app disappears reappears disappears. This could be either him or a tech issue, but I don’t know why they have him around because if he can’t fix a door issue and then look at my phone and say there’s nothing he can do. What’s the purpose of having him there look at camera and be around us. This is not being taken seriously for a month my belongings, not safe. I purchased my own cameras to make sure the integrity of everything was OK at my salon that detected my door opening. The front door was open at 2:30 in the morning. stole my stuff and then that would’ve been a big lawsuit. This place is not managed very well. I don’t have good expectations from their maintenance. I plan on getting a Salon out of state where I deal with my own maintenance because if you can afford it why deal with incompetent people. at least this could’ve had you know this was our first conversation and you’re trying to come over my house like show me that you’re a man and fix some thing first do your job like you’re already trying to move in because you know you can’t do it maybe I will I made a video that I will be posting on my Instagram so my customers can see the proof that I have that the salon is not secure and they will pinpoint a fight if they don’t like you just for money now I have to sit on my investment and wait till I go to a place where I can control my destiny rather than have my stuff at the mercy of everyone else to tamper with. I was RuPaul after the text I was repulse for the audacity even and to still not have the issue fixed. Why even stay with anything else get attended to please y'all tried to play in my face I thinks its a Maryland thing crab bucket pulln folk down bc of what ever

  I saw Melissa a few days ago, wanting to go from lifelong full highlights to full platinum blonde bleach and tone. I was a little nervous, unsure of how it would look on me, what my hair quality would be like, etc. I ALMOST backed out of it as I sat there and went with the safe choice of my typical highlights. But Melissa was an absolute pro, not to mention such a joy to be around. She asked what my goals were for my hair, listened to me, and encouraged me to go platinum without pressuring me into it! She made me feel so comfortable and that I could absolutely trust her. I'm SO glad I listened to her..... my hair looks beyond! I've gotten so many compliments the last few days and can't stop looking at my hair in the mirror! Platinum bleach and tones are not the easiest service to provide, but she is the best of the best and absolutely crushed it. My hair actually feels thicker, softer and healthier after going platinum! Melissa - keep doing what you are doing! She was fun, easy-going and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She was so excited when I said I wanted to go platinum and couldn't wait to be a part of the transformation. She really gassed me up at the end and I felt like a 10/10! I don't think I can ever go to anyone else now that I know how light blonde she can get my hair! If you're considering platinum... run don't walk to see Melissa <3
