I paid almost $180 for hair color which turned out like I zero color change in my hair (I have a dark black hair and showed her an image of a caramelized color that I wanted and I told her I don't want to damage my hair so she just used a premiant color and it turned out that I did not nothing and she did not provide any help to fix it. GO TO SOMEONE KNOWS HOW LIKELY THE COLOR WILL TURN OUT.
