From the moment I walked in, the office felt bright, clean, modern, and incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff were so kind and immediately made me feel comfortable — they even surprised me with a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. They started my visit by taking before photos in a room that felt like a professional photo studio, which really showed me how seriously they take tracking progress and results. After that, I had my consultation with Emily, the owner, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time getting to know me, listening to all of my concerns, and understanding my goals. It was very clear that she genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to sell treatments — she truly wants the best outcomes for her clients. Today I received my first treatment, a medical facial from Taylor, their aesthetician, and she was fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and also very personable, which made the entire experience relaxing and informative. She explained everything clearly and put together a plan that made me feel confident and excited about improving my skin. My main concerns are acne, melasma, sunspots, and aging skin, and I left feeling completely reassured that I’m in the right hands. The entire team made me feel cared for, educated, and hopeful about my skin journey. I’m so glad I found Skin Therapeutics Med Spa and can’t wait to continue my treatments with them!
