  Great experience, today, with my daughter's hair..Another Stylist helped out, with washing and conditioning, my her hair in preparation for her to get her hair braided. The lady that braided her hair, braided her hair, just as we showed her the style, that we wanted. Let me also add, she, as well as the other Stylist that washed her hair, was very patient. Please, please, forgive us, the Stylist(s) names, escapes us, except for what, I printed out on paper, when booking.

  I had came across this salon online and saw that they had decent reviews however the owner was rude & combative when asked about pricing and any suggested products I should use as a customer. Prior to going to the appointment her phone etiquette was not the best but I needed service. I verified the pricing of the services which are also listed on the website before arrival, however she overcharged me $7 when she was done. I mentioned that she told me a different price over the phone but due to her lack of quality customer service and bad disposition she did not owned up to what she said. I would suggest that she work on her customer service/disposition and not overcharge people.

  I have been to this salon twice and I am impressed with the service. I have a lot of hair breakage and within a month and I see an improvement. The services are reasonably priced and I am normally in and out under 2 hours.
