Just find a better salon.
Apparently cutting layers and bangs isn’t their forte. Doing layers is one of the most basic hairstyles that all stylists should know how to do. But not the ladies who were there when we had our appointments. The bottom of my hair was practically a straight cut and my bangs just as straight and make it look like I have a bob from the front. No style whatsoever.
They all seemed to like to gossip too. Imagine you’re not even late and one of them is pointing at her watch to another stylist and looking in your direction. Then when she sees that you notice she walks over and pretends to want to help by telling you to look at dated magazines.
The other stylist with the pink hair, who was tending to another customer talked about her personal life and clearly didn’t pay attention to the haircut. The customer couldn’t get much of a word in and then when she did let the stylist know she didn’t like it- the stylist rudely told her that she pretty much had to deal with it in a rush to get to a customer that came in unscheduled.
Also should mention that you get your hair washed and you’re left pretty much dripping through your haircut. Have to pay extra to have them even dry your hair. What even?
Paid and I left with wet hair. I was definitely over it.
Got a good haircut a while back but they’ve clearly changed for the worse. Notice a lot of recent reviews are bad. There are reasons for that.
Go elsewhere and get better service and a better haircut.

My stylist, Roxxi, was awesome. She provided feedback and asked for my input throughout. This was my first time visiting, but definitely will not be the last.

I just went & got an easy hair cut at this establishment at 12pm I walked in & 4 lady barbers were there but no customers.. & I haven't been to this place in about 2-3yrs, but figure I just test it, plus I was in hurry a lil, I had court at 2pm. I was the only customer the entire cut.. The barber was very nice, but kept talking to her Co workers bit to much, & kept pausiing.. which I think caused I lot of uneven/too much cut /buzzed as I was getting a simple normal taper/fade. It had been 3months since last cut but kept getting uneven fadesin which I didn't really notice till others pointed it out after I left.. then I could really see. & the top near scalp was very thick, she never thinned it with thinning shears, etc which most barbers always do. Trimmed eybrows with buzzer> i was told ✂️ only!! Anyways I now have to get it fixed & pay more.. Biggest problem was the Freaking ridiculous price!!.. 30$? is what the total was.. I said what? Basic cut 30$?.. ok makes sense ..so that's why it's empty in there with no customers. Feel like I got ripped truely.. I didn't get wash, shave, etc.. although she nice.. I won't be back.
Regular basic haircut for men should be never no more than 20$.. unless ya getting washed/ dried/ etc.

This place absolutely ruined my hair ! I went in for a balayage. I consulted with the stylist to assure she was capable. I offered to go with a simpler style, if she wasn't confident. She was adamant that she knew how, and was authorized through the site to do this style. Throughout the whole process, I kept mentioning things that didn't seem right, she still assured me it was fine. After, my hair was pink, with blotches of orange, and a few stripes of white. She contacted her manager, which said she could correct it the next day. I went to another salon, prior to returning, that showed me how much breakage I had and said they wouldn't allow anyone to touch it for a couple of months. I went to the original shop, so that the manager could see 1st hand the damage, and inform her what the other shop stated. She claimed that they were wrong, ask for the inspiration photo I had provided to the stylist, and said it wouldn't be a problem for her to achieve that still. She stated the tech who had done my hair had been removed from being authorized to do the style in future, and that she was being sent for classes on color. 7hrs later, my hair was now darker pink, and damaged worse. I seen a piece of my hair on the floor from her taking out the foil. She also put bleach on my hair, making this 3 times within 24hrs that my hair had been bleached. I lost over half my length, what's left is severely damaged, and as I wash it, the orange patches are coming back through the pink. I don't believe she even rinsed all the dye prior to putting me under the dryer. Her daughter kept complaining about being hungry, and so I presume that was her concern. I've been doing my hair for 30+yrs, never have I had so much color bleed that it was as dark as the hair color, and stained my tiles & grout. When I told her that either her or myself needed to call the police, because I wasn't gout to pay, she became hostile & aggressive, inclusive of getting another customer involved in verbally attacking me. I informed her I was planning to take her to court, to which she replied "you won't be the first".... That says allot about her competency within her field. I am following through with a lawsuit.
