My friend was interested in fragrances. Tamera made some great recommendations and let us try so many different scents! I decided to treat myself since it was my birthday weekend! I initially purchased Noir and a clear lip balm. Tamera made me feel like I spent a million dollars! She was very intentional with packaging and ensured that I was most content with my visit. I noticed that the boutique did have a few small leather goods on display and inquired about pouches. Tamera said she would keep me informed about the new ones expected to come in soon. Tamera followed up with me to thank me for my visit and made sure to provide exclusive updates about new SLGs in my desired color! I have had the best experiences with my visits to Chanel. Thanks to Tamera, I was able to get a gorgeous case today!

What really stood out was the positive energy from the entire team, including the security guard. Their friendly attitudes and genuine spirit made the whole visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to leave a luxury store feeling both taken care of and uplifted, but Chanel made that happen. Thank you for such a great experience!
