    Had a wonderful visit. As always it started with an infused water and heated neck wrap. I received a Swedish massage, reflexology, and scalp massage. I walked out feeling like I was on cloud nine!

    I’ve been visiting the Slidell location for years, I have had 2 VERY BAD visits since their relocation. Today’s visit was the WORSE!!! If a client is asked which area they want specifically addressed I don’t think the massage therapist should deviate from the area ( entire back). If you were called the day before to confirm which therapist and time for your session it should be considered definitive unless an emergency occurs. If you had conflicts with a therapist it should be noted in your file and NEVER given that person again.

    Belle is an amazing massage therapist. The condition of my neck is significantly improved with only one session. She is also a very kind person who really seems I love her job. Also, Cody was very accommodating in rescheduling my appointment and checking in. I really appreciated the hot neck pillow while I waited.

    I had an appointment on Thursday, was on my way and received a call that they had no electricity. Ok understandable, I rescheduled for the next day, Friday. I had made an online appt. 55min deep tissue massage. Walked in was shown to the dressing room. Shortly after a young lady took me to her room. She ask me what areas she needs to be aware of. I explained I wanted her to focus on my traps,neck and lower back. I got on the table and she proceeded with the massage, her pressure was very light. I told her not to be scared to use harder pressure. So I’m laying there and she’s kind of rubbing me with a soft squeeze. I was so upset, at one point I started to get up and leave! But I thought no I would do the right thing and tell the manager. After, I went to pay told the lady I was very disappointed. She told me I had purchased a relaxed massage, I told her noooo with my medical conditions I always get deep tissue. She looked on the computer, she put me down with the wrong lady and massage. So it’s her fault! So I had to reschedule because of outage of electricity, she did give 15% off, but had me with the wrong girl and the wrong massage. Never again! Shame on you, but you sure did run my credit card! Bad business!!! What was suppose to be a relaxing day, turned into a nightmare! Go some where else, don’t call them!

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
