- MCMarsha CMay 28, 20221.0I went in for a haircut and highlights and low lights unfortunately Tracy didn't know what she was doing when I went in my hair was blonde with regrowth so I told her I wanted my roots redone and a little more blonde throughout the rest of my hair and we agreed I only needed 1 and 1/2 inches off with some layers she not only messed my hair color up and turned me BRIGHT orange she messed the cut up and took about 6 inches off I explained to her when I went in I had a family funeral coming up this week and I've never been so disappointed with a haircut and color I went back in Tuesday to try to have it fixed and unfortunately she made it worse than when I left there Monday I told her I was blonde when I walked in Monday she argued me I wasn't when I have pictures before walking in and after walking out Monday and Tuesday I've never been so disappointed with a stylist and company I reached out to corporate and still no return call DO NOT RECOMMEND TRACY for anything I had to go to another salon to have a color correction and pay more out when I had already paid Tracy 180.00 for cut and color that looked like a kindergarten done
