Recently I decided to stop coloring my hair. I had gray/white roots and lots of brown hair. I asked her to help with the transition and OMG! It turned out better than I expected! I love it! Shout out to Melinda and Coco also.

- SLStephenie LakeOct 31, 20251.0I unfortunately never made it to the salon. I scheduled an appointment on October 9th for October 31st. I was texted a day before my scheduled appointment stating they could no longer service me due to a scheduling error. I would have understood if they texted me last week saying there was a scheduling conflict, since they waited and texted me the day before I considered that extremely unprofessional. They texted me on 3 separate occasions saying that I had an appointment for the 31st. I even received one after they called and said I no longer had an appointment. Instead of making it right and valuing my time by squeezing me in for a manicure they offered to reschedule me. The original person I was texting with was not very professional. They finally passed me off to the manager and they wanted to “make it right” by offering me a different service at my requested appointment time. This was a very poor experience for a first time customer who is new to the area.
