  I bought some hair glue. The salesperson had a nasty attitude and sold me a bottle with a craked top with tape wrapped around it. I'm sure he knew what he did. Make sure you make sure all items are sealed when you shop there. When I shop at M&M I spend at leat $100.00 or more. I refuse to shop there again.

  I went here looking for some beard products. Beard oil, conditioner, balm, etc. Compared to Amazon and a few other stores this place is wayyyyyy over priced for those products. One particular beard oil in this store was priced in this store at $12.99. On Amazon same size bottle is priced at $6.99! But they do have a wide range of beauty products for women and men. But I would advise people to compare prices everywhere before you buy.

  I’ve been shopping at M&M Beauty Supply for years — since they opened. Not just for myself, but for others too. I regularly spend hundreds of dollars here, supporting the business both during their monthly sale days and at full priced days. Recently, I purchased a red hair color during one of their 50% off days. When I got home, the shade was too bright for my liking. It wasn’t a huge difference, but it was enough to feel overwhelmed. So I went back, unopened product and receipt in hand, just looking to swap it for the more toned-down shade. I had already spoken to multiple staff members who told me that as long as the item was untouched and I had the receipt, I could exchange it — no problem. But once I got to the counter, he made it a point to say all sales are final. Then he told me I’d only get a $34 credit and would have to pay the difference to repurchase the same item at full price. All because I bought it on a sale day. I wasn’t trying to return it or ask for a refund. I simply wanted to swap a product for the correct one — something that’s been allowed in the past. Whether this is a new policy or not, I don’t know. But the way it was handled was inconsistent, unprofessional, and honestly disappointing. It’s disheartening to feel like my continued support and significant spending means nothing to this store. Unfortunately, today will be my last day shopping at M&M Beauty Supply. It’s a shame to lose not just one customer, but the several I regularly shop for. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — to places that value customer loyalty and prioritize fair, honest service.

  I was able to find my hair color and developer at this store vs when I purchase from another beauty supply store.

  50% Off sale day you can't get the sale on the clearance items you need to subtract the 50% off from the Regular price. Why is there two prices on a product? Dave is really trying to get every last penny if you already marked something down it obviously is reduced to sell. Stop trying to be greedy. Synthetic Wigs are $90 each Extremely Overpriced Hair To Beauty And Kali Beauty Supply Are Cheaper And They Do Not Try To Nickel And Dime You. I am disappointed in this store Dave Lost his integrity in my opinion. The Only Good Thing about his store is that he has a big selection. Other Than That Do Better With Your Prices
