And considering that I used to go to one of the top rated salons in Chicago, that says a lot! She’s so knowledgeable and helpful, and on top of that, she’s just such a genuinely nice and lovely person who really cares about her clients. Can’t recommend her enough!

She is always ready and on time for me and always does the best job explaining everything to me (I get hair treatments and bleach my hair often). She does what’s best for my hair and what I want! She’s so gracious with her scheduling too! I’ve had to reschedule quite a few times and even late sometimes and she is so flexible and willing to work with me when I’ve been late! Love getting my hair done here with her!

Given the amount of money I spend on my and my son’s haircuts and products on an annual basis and the fact I’ve been going to Hair Cuttery for over 5 years, I felt that her customer service was very poor. At the end of the day, Zoe probably should have modified her delivery and messaging, exhibited more tact a more positive tone and just been more consumer focused.
