She is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I got a perm and she done really well, by checking on me if it's too tight, or if anything from the process is making me uncomfortable. And actually everything was well, and it's great to see how she cares. Thank you Anna for an excellent service. I'd come back again here, for hair service in the future. The whole experience is wonderful, from booking last minute (2 hours before my appointment) by phone, and luckily they have opening. This is on Monday evening. And I was greeted nicely at the place. I love it. And recommend it.

I thought I knew what haircut I wanted going in, something different than what I've done before (usually get a long side swept bob with an undercut all around). But, with the way my hair had grown out with my previous style, Anna let me know that it would be difficult to get the desired result. She gave me great advice as to what she could do. She was very patient, honest, and accommodating. I came in wanting a different haircut (pic on the left), but left with an even better one that suited me more (pic on the right). I am so very happy with the results!
