She went above and beyond to let me know every step what she was doing, she helped me make informed decisions about my hair, and she even recommended some things to do for my hair to help it look healthier (bleach job I didn't want). She's truly an amazing hairdresser/hair stylist and I will go back to her for anything 🫶🏼

I went there on time and there were five stylists but no customers in the shop. They stated that they could not take me because the appointment didn't go through. I mentioned that the shop was empty besides five stylists sitting around. My lack of hair requires about 20 minutes with a wash and style tops. They said they all have people coming in, I did some shopping in the mall and drove by 20 minutes later to see an almost empty shop with only one customer.But I guess being an easy going, good tipper and very long-term loyal customer doesn't mean much. The way it was handled was very poor customer service in my opinion. Fortunately I've been looking for an excuse to go to a friend who is in excellent stylist and has a shop nearby
