  Lupe is a great hairstylist, she doesn’t disappoint with my haircut requests, she’s kind and very attentive and makes me feel very comfortable when she speaks to me in my own language. Definitely recommend, and prices are reasonable, although could be lower. Aside from that, I love coming with Lupe every time :)

  Let me just start by saying I never write reviews. I've been seeing Riley for 15+ years. She is something you'll never experience. Her work is a perfectionist dream. She's honest and will get you your hair color without damaging. She's funny heart warming and her masterpiece work will make you leave feeling yourself. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. She's never let me down!!! I will drive anywhere and I will not let anyone else touch my hair!! If I never meet the love of my life. I have with her! Riley is simply the best there is. She's worth a try! Xoxo

  I’ve gone to Tricoci Spa in oak brook for decades for facials and massages but recently stopped because for facials they do not use top tier products anymore. To pay hundreds of dollars for a facial and they use a $3 mediheal mask is absurd. Then to leave a facial but still have makeup around my eyes and then told ‘we do not put product around the eye area’ is equally absurd. How do you cleanse a face but not cleanse the eye area? I never minded the price because the service and products were great but sadly that is no longer the case.

  I’ve had great experience with the colorists, stylists, and estheticians. However I am at the end of my rope with the app/site and the management for very poor customer service. I’ve been a Tricoci customer for many years. About 1.5 yrs ago I was having trouble with online booking for myself and granddaughter (who visits infrequently from out of town) but got it done. While sitting in the chair getting my hair done, mgmt staff came to inform me that I double booked. I told them I had trouble as system was glitching, and showed that the text confirmations showed only one confirmation. I was appalled when they said I would have to pay for both. Ultimately I refused and they obliged but it was a very unpleasant argument and certainly ruined the day. I used to be a loyal customer but have started going other places for myself and only coming occasionally. My granddaughter is visiting again and I attempted to buy gift certificates on the app. Again, it was glitching. Made several attempts and thought I got it done as I saw an email came thru. Checking out, the gift certificates was not there. The email said I needed to click to confirm. Wth? What purchase made in an app required an email follow up to actually complete the transaction? So, $30 in gift certificates was gone - and they offer no help tho it was obvious what happened. Long story short - I won’t be back.

  Came here on 12/23 for a simple trim and long face framing layers. I’d never gone to this stylist before, but I had been to this location before and liked my service and therefore wanted to come back. When I got my haircut done, I showed my stylist hair inspiration pictures and she told me she had more than a couple years worth of experience so I felt comfortable. That was until she randomly cut two 5inch sized chunks out of my hair on each side and it looks extremely disproportioned and not blended in at all. I don’t feel comfortable naming the stylist because she was really nice but I did not like my service and don’t feel like coming back. Mostly because of the fact that I spent over $100 for what was supposed to be split-end trim, and left looking worse than when I came in. Just overall annoyed I have to look for a different stylist at another salon and spend the same just to fix a chopped haircut.
