- HFHalley Fields1 day ago2.0Had an appointment scheduled two weeks beforehand and they wait until two hours before my appointment to tell me the person I was scheduled with is no longer there. I was able to get an appointment 45 min later which usually would be fine but I was hoping to get my services done at the time I scheduled seeing as I was trying to have a nice pamper day with my mom. My mom got her hair done with Gabbi who was very nice. All the workers were very nice during the three hours we spent there. My issue would be the lack of attention to scheduling and the fact that I paid $80 for nails and the woman doing them couldn’t even do a French tip properly. She was extremely nice but I feel $80 for no chip with designs is pretty expensive so I’d hope the work would look nice and even. I did not mention anything bc I was already upset at having to push back my appointment and I did not want to spend more time there.

My family is extremely thankful to Gina—and the wonderful manager at Mario Tricoci Naperville—for helping to make my mom feel like herself again. We appreciate all that Gina did and can't thank her enough!
