Unfortunately, during my last visit I saw someone else. I explained my plan and exactly what I wanted, but she completely ignored what I said. I had been growing my hair evenly everywhere, but she gave me layers I had explicitly said no to, and bangs I never had or wanted. On top of that, she cut my hair very short and uneven, leaving me with crooked bangs that are longer on one side even though I part my hair in the middle. It’s been over three weeks, and I still feel upset every time I look in the mirror. This was such a disappointing experience after so many positive years with Rebecca. Honestly, she should not be allowed to cut hair. Rebecca – if you are reading this, please leave that place and take your talent somewhere it’s appreciated. The owner clearly doesn’t care about the future of the salon, and you deserve better.
