But then I met Kira, and wow, that girl has the patience of a saint. She didn’t give up for a second. If I were in her place, I would’ve tapped out, but she stayed calm, kind, and genuinely determined to save my hair. Not once did she make me feel judged or embarrassed. Instead, she kept me comfortable the whole time, talking me through everything, giving helpful advice, and just being incredibly friendly. It turned from a stressful situation into one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. Thanks to her hard work and care, I walked out with my hair intact AND feeling so much better. I’m definitely coming back and next time, it’s going to be for a haircut with Kira!

- TJTaylor JohnsonOct 8, 20251.0Schedule my daughter for a blow out appointment, stylist that she was assigned had no idea how to work with her hair and should have said that instead of playing in her hair for an hour… put products in her hair then mid blow dry stated the products aren’t doing good in her hair and wanted to wash them out mind you we were there an hour…. Please stop assigning Hair stylist to just any one when they don’t have the experience on certain hair types
