  UPDATE: Response says “manager reached out.” TO WHO?? I never got a call. My mom didn’t get refunded the difference for her services. WHO REACHED OUT TO WHO?? Liars. Shame on you. Annie at the front desk needs to be fired immediately. Not only did she rip us off and overcharge us but she was EXTREMELY rude. Not only did she talk over us and interrupt us and argue with us, but she called my mom a liar. Totally unacceptable. Annie also told me to stand there at the desk and search through thousands of emails looking for the $55 coupon.. FOR YOUR MISTAKE??? Why on earth would I do that?? It’s 7 pm and we are tired and want to go home after a long day. This was supposed to be a treat to end our day with. Annie completely ruined the experience. We’ve been coming to Tricoci for YEARS, at least 15, and we have never been treated so poorly. My mom asked for “someone good not someone new” when we called to confirm our appointments. I booked mine online for the $55 special, and my mom booked her $55 special with Annie while checking out from her last appointment. Instead of booking her $55 appointment, SAME AS MINE, she booked my mom under someone who charges double for the same services and said AND I QUOTE “your mom specifically asked for Vanessa.” I asked my mom in front of Annie did you specifically ask for Vanessa? And my mom said no, she just asked for someone good. Annie then called my mom a liar and said that she remembers that “Vanessa was wearing a red sweater on December 16th and that my mom pointed at her and asked for her.” First of all, that’s impossible because there is a huge wall and my mom has no idea who Vanessa is, she just met her today at her appointment for the first time THAT ANNIE BOOKED so how could she have pointed to her from the front desk?? SECOND, what a LIE. No one remembers what all of their coworkers wear every single day. This was 3 weeks ago.. so you’re telling me that you can magically SOMEHOW remember that Vanessa was wearing a “red sweater” on December 16? Do you know how stupid you sound?? What kind of idiot thinks that that is a good excuse for their mistake of not putting in the $55 coupon/special when booking an appointment. You need to own up to your mistakes Annie, because not only did you lose us as customer for your salon but I can only imagine how many other customers you’ve run off. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My mom is terrible with confrontation but I am NOT. I am glad I was able to call you out on your lies in front of everyone but you scammed my mom out of $150. On our drive home she told me she is never coming back to your salon either & that you are not an honest person. Telling my mom that your “manager will call her tomorrow to refund her the difference and apologize but there’s nothing you can do because the manager went home already” is total crap. I highly doubt your manager will call my mom to fix the situation and I HIGHLY doubt you’re even going to tell your manager about your mistake and rude attitude towards us that lost her 2 loyal customers. So here is my review so your manager can see for herself. You do not belong in a place where people come and pay good money for services, tip generously, and refer friends, coworkers and clients. We will definitely be sharing our experience with everyone we know and recommending better salons where we are treated with respect and honesty. Shame on you Annie. You represent Tricoci, and you are seriously ruining their reputation. Tricoci, get rid of this girl before you lose even more business. Shameful. Photo is the email offer my mom was supposed to receive for her booked appointment. Who’s the liar now Annie???

  First time ever getting a facial on 12/02, and I’ve already rebooked my next one! I not only left feeling so much better about my skin, but also GLOWING! And that’s all thanks to my esthetician Riani! She was absolutely amazing. I scheduled myself, not knowing what to book. I booked the Custom RX and a chemical peel, because I suffer from breakouts/combination skin! She sat me down, looked at my skin, and went over what would be best for me, for my first time. She was so detailed and knowledgeable! She took her time with me, and got to know what my skin concerns were. She was also extremely attentive and calming for us anxious girlies! We ended up deciding on the Deluxe Hydra-facial, and it was the best decision ever. You leave glowing! I would highly recommend booking with Riani for your facial! She was the best!

  Went to one of the highest rate colorist for a balayage and walked away with tiger striped hair. Need to find somewhere else to fix it and align with what I had asked for.
