I showed the stylist the cut that I wanted, I’ve had it before. She barely made a few cuts, I asked for another stylist to cut my hair since she didn’t know what she was doing. The second stylist basically cut my hair so short it looked nothing like the picture, one side is shorter than the other, I felt so humiliated and ugly. They have lost my business forever, won’t ever go there again or any hair Cuttery in the future. They cut side bangs when i previously told them that i don’t want them but they do what they want, they don’t listen to the customer at all.

They canceled my one daughter's hair cut and style after I booked and confirmed it. No call, just a text, very rude. Now they lost both my daughters hair cuts. Judging by some of these pictures it was good that they canceled. Bad service, not worth the hassle.

A 30 dollar haircut turned into a $52 HAIRCUT. A blowdry was $15 dollars plus taxes. Very irritating. This wasn't a high end salon and had no business over-charging for little things. Petty and greedy business.
