- SLSharon Lulofs4 days ago5.0I got a body massage from Mary. Very relaxing and thorough. This is my forth time getting a massage and my first time here. When I first walked in, I was greeted by very nice ladies with wonderful smiles and attitude. I was shown to the changing room with various size lockers, a shower, vanity, and toilet areas. Inside the lockers were slippers and a robe. The locker itself has a unique was of securing it which the lady who showed me to this area explained, and there are instructions on the vanity. When done changing, I stepped back out into the hall and sat in the very calm waiting area. When I was done with the massage I went back out to the lobby past a lot of products and was able to leisurely walk around on my own and look at everything. When I went to pay I was a bit surprised, and happy, I was not asked if I wanted to make another appointment for the same service or any of the other services they offer, so no upselling. My thoughtful and wonderful husband purchased a gift certificate to Tricoci Salon and Spa. I will visit them again.

He was amazing - I get one to two massages a year and this was probably the best massage I ever had. Michael really listened to me and worked my problem areas - my upper back. He did not just work my upper back but paid attention and did more than anyone else ever has to relieve the tension. I left feeling better than I have in years. I will definitely be back!

They don't do the sauna, wraps and scrubs anymore which is a real downer. Cut and color is decently done. Nail services are standard ( maybe a bit overpriced for what you get) . Massages are just ok but again something is missing without the other services. It's more of an express salon now rather than a luxury spa experience. If you are looking for a true luxury spa look elsewhere
