He was able to find every tight spot I didn’t even realize I had and worked through the knots. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely renewed. The atmosphere was calming, the communication was great, and the care and professionalism were obvious from start to finish. If you’re looking for a truly therapeutic deep tissue massage that delivers real results, I can’t recommend this James enough!

Upset but didn’t want to tell her for fear of the cut looking worse. Will never go back. On top of that, I paid for cut and blow out. Left with damp hair, no blow out. Disappointed, Tricoci used to mean great. Thank you for turning things around for me.

It is extremely dry and brittle. I spent almost $300 on this appointment and was left emotionally distraught when I left I immediately noticed how dry and fragile my hair felt, and now my hair uneven and breaking so badly that I’m afraid to even brush it. I trusted this salon to take care of my hair, and instead I’ve been left devastated and embarrassed by the condition it’s in. My hair damaged to the point that it may take months, if not longer, to recover. It looks absolutely terrible and I am never going back. I am extremely upset, angry and will forever regret making an appointment at this salon and wasted almost 300 for my hair to be destroyed. Save your time and money. Do not recommend at all.

I was so upset I asked them to notate and I will call when my hair grows out a little so they can redo & not have to chop all my length off to correct it. The annoying part…no manager has reached out and of coarse, they don’t send the typical feedback request. Guess that’s what keeps their ranking up. Dissappointing!
