When booking over the phone we were told they could provide my husband and I with the services we we're looking for. A SIMPLE layered haircut for myself, and a bleaching service for my husband. Upon arrival they told my husband they couldn't get his hair as light as he wanted and proceeded to bleach and butcher the color. He currently has yellow hair. Not worth $160 dollars. Not even worth $40. My hair was not layered. And clearly it was rushed because they couldn't stay passed a certain time. So why take a client if you can't finish the job? Money hungry thieves. Luckily there is at least 1 sweet, honest young lady who works there(Jillian) and she fixed the hack job provided by someone who clearly needs to go back to school.
